Refund & Cancellation Policy

At ICF, we value our students and are committed to providing quality education.

However, we understand that situations may arise that require a refund or a course change. Please review our refund policy below:

1. Refund Eligibility: Refund requests will be entertained only within 7 days of admission or 15 days before your batch starts , whichever comes first.

Candidates enrolling in any program offered by ICF within 15 days from the batch commencement date shall be ineligible for any fee refund under any circumstances.

2. Change of courses: Please note that courses cannot be changed after 15 days from the commencement of the batch.

3. Refund Request Procedure:

  • 1. All refund requests must be submitted in writing via email within the specified time frame.
  • 2. To process your refund, please send an email to your admission manager and CC to Mr Kanhaiya Jha, Director Admissions at kanhaiyaj@icofp.org) and Dr. Gaurav Chopra, Head of Operations at gauravc@icofp.org with the subject line: Refund Request for [Course Name] – [Your Name].

4. Loan Availment Deduction: In cases where a student has availed of a Zero Percent Loan option, ICOFP will deduct a 10% interest fee, which has been paid to our NBFC partner on your behalf, from the refunded amount

5. Processing and Miscellaneous Charges: A processing fee of ₹5000 will be deducted from the refund amount. Additionally, miscellaneous charges related to ICF services may apply as per the terms and conditions.

6. Refund Processing Time: Once your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed within 45 working days.
